# How to Receive Support

There are three methods available to submit a request:

- [Ticket Form](https://help.beast-code.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)
- Email - [support@beast-code.com](mailto:support@beast-code.com)
- Phone - [850-702-3600](tel:8507023600) ext. 5

## Help Center

We suggest starting in the [Beast Code Help Center](http://support.beast-code.com) by browsing articles or searching keywords. The Help Center hosts a range of articles that walk through how to set up and use our products. If you're unable to find the information you need to solve your issue or knowledge gap, you can contact the Help Desk by submitting a ticket.

## Ticket Form

On the home page of the Help Center, you'll see **Get Help** in the top banner.

1. Select **Get Help** to open the web form.

2. Fill out the **request form** with as much detail as possible. 3. Select **Submit** to send your request to our support team.
4. You can track all requests that you've submitted, including conversation threads between you and the agent, as well as the status of your requests. ## Email

Send an email to [**support@beast-code.com**](mailto:support@beast-code.com) outlining your issue. This will generate a ticket. All communication will be maintained via email.

## Phone

Call [**850-702-3600**](tel:8507023600) **ext. 5**. You will be directed to leave a voicemail.

Your voicemail will be saved as a request in our system and an agent will reach out to assist you.
