For a more immersive navigation experience in the LSV Prototype, try the Enable Walk Mode tool. This option allows you to experience the Model dimensionally, like in a video game.
Enable Walk Mode
This tool enables realistic physics that allow you to walk and jump around in the Model, including the Hull.
Open the LSV Prototype program and load your desired Session.
Use the W key on your keyboard to zoom within the bounds of your loaded Model.
Note
This is a critical step. If you select the Enable Walk Mode tool while outside of the Model bounds, your Model will rise to the top of the screen and disappear, and you will (virtually) “fall into space” (until you disable this tool).
If this occurs, your next best option is to use the Camera dropdown menu to Snap back to a location.
Click Tools on the Navigation Bar, then select the Enable Walk Mode option.
Navigate via these keys on your keyboard:
WASD
Arrows
Shift (Descend)
Space (Jump)
Click Disable Walk Mode to return to the default mode.
