There are three methods available to submit a request: 

Help Center

We suggest starting in the Beast Code Help Center by browsing articles or searching keywords.

The Help Center hosts a range of articles that walk through how to set up and use our products.

If you're unable to find the information you need to solve your issue or knowledge gap, you can contact the Help Desk by submitting a ticket.

Ticket Form

On the home page of the Help Center, you'll see Get Help in the top banner.

  1. Select Get Help to open the web form.


  2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible. You can attach screenshots or screen recordings to help our support agents better understand your issue.

  3. Select Submit to send your request to our support team.

  4.  You can track all requests that you've submitted, including conversation threads between you and the agent, as well as the status of your requests. Learn more about the Requests Portal


Email

Send an email to support@beast-code.com outlining your issue. This will generate a ticket. All communication will be maintained via email.

Phone

Call 850-702-3600 ext. 5. You will be directed to leave a voicemail.

Please share the following:
 
  • First and last name
  • Name of the organization you represent
  • A brief summary of your question or issue.

Your voicemail will be saved as a request in our system and an agent will reach out to assist you.
