Learn how to use the Document Viewer to view documentation associated with the systems and components of your workspace.
Accessing Document Viewer
Document Viewer can be accessed from the App Selector Menu ยป Tech Manuals (pictured below) .
Inside the Document Viewer, you can toggle between grid and list views using the button in the top right.
Document Viewer Controls
Navigation and Adjustment
Up and Down Arrows - Used to switch between different pages
Rotation Arrows - Rotate the document 90 degrees clockwise or counter-clockwise
+ and - Buttons - Used to zoom in and out of the document
Icons
Hand Icon- Used to grab and move the document
Cursor Icon- Allows for text to be selected/highlighted
New Page Icon - Used to open another document
Ribbon Icon - Used to open an document outline, if available
Switch Icon - Selects a different Platform
Magnifying Glass
Used to search the document, the following options are available:
Highlight All - Used to toggle highlighting of matching text
Match Case - When toggled, only matches sections where the capitalization matches
Whole Words - When toggled, ignores cases where the match is not a whole word
For example, if you search be, then the word before would not be selected.
Match Diacritics - When toggled, will not select matches where the accent marks do not match the search text
Left and Right Arrows - Used to jump between different matching selections in the document
