Find an Existing Document

To find an uploaded PDF in the Beast Core 6 Document Processor, use the Search feature on the Process Documents page or look for it in the displayed file information columns.

Find and View an Existing Document

1. Type a keyword into the Search box.

   

2. Locate your file in the Display Name or File Name columns.

   • Or, look for the file upload date in the Uploaded column

     

3. To view a document:

   • Click the Ellipsis at the end of the listed document’s row

   • Select Open in Document Viewer in the Action Menu

     • Select Open Document in the second pop-up window
