Using the Zoom feature in the Beast Core 6 3D Viewer quickly moves you to a closeup view of a selected component.

Zoom to a Component

  1. After loading your desired System(s), click to highlight a Component on the 3D Model.

  2. Right click the highlighted component.

  3. A pop-up Action menu shows the available options for further exploration.

  4. Select Zoom to Component to Zoom directly to that location in the 3D Model.

  5. Use the W and S keys, or your mouse wheel, to adjust your view if you’re too close or not close enough.

Alternative

You can also zoom to a searched component.

Zoom to a Component Connection

  1. Left click to highlight a component on the 3D Model.

  2. Right click the highlighted component, then select Show Component Details on the pop-up menu.

  3. Click the menu button to the left of the connecting component you’d like to view.

  4. Choose Zoom To Component to zoom directly to the selected connection.
