Documents Tab

To view reference document titles associated with a selected component in Beast Core 6, select the page icon at the top of the Details Pane.

Prerequisite

Select a component in another Beast Core plugin prior to accessing the Details Pane.

1. The Details Pane initially opens on the (default) Information  tab.

2. Select the page icon to open the Documents tab.

   • Defaults to the List display mode

     • Shows the printed titles of available documents

       

   • Select the Thumbnails display mode to view a thumbnail document screenshot above each available title

     

3. Select a document or diagram from the listed options

   • Or enter a keyword into the Search textbox   to locate your desired reference.

4. To open a document or diagram:

   • Click the Ellipsis to the right of your desired title

   • Select Open Document on the pop-up Document Action Menu

     

     NOTE

     Your selected reference opens in the Document Viewer plugin.
